These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, including accessing our blog content, downloading free resources, purchasing premium Tally Prime TDLs (Tally Definition Language) files, Excel automation tools, and using our software solutions (collectively, the "Services" or "Products").

By accessing this website and/or purchasing/downloading our Products, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use VRCrackrs if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, VRCrackrs and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on VRCrackrs, including but not limited to:

The TDL (Tally Definition Language) Source Code and TCP files.
Excel Automation Sheets and Formulas.
Blog content, text, images, graphics, and logos.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from VRCrackrs for your own personal or business use subjected to restrictions set in these terms.

2. License and Usage Policy (For TDLs & Digital Products)

When you download a free Product or purchase a premium Product (like Tally TDLs) from VRCrackrs, you are NOT buying ownership of the software. You are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product.

You strictly MUST NOT:

Republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material or software from VRCrackrs.
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute our TDL files or Excel tools to others (whether for free or paid).
Decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the source code of our TCP/TDL files to remove credits or claim it as your own work.
Use our products in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your license and may lead to legal action for copyright infringement.

3. Payments, Pricing, and Delivery

Pricing: Prices for premium TDLs are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
Payments: We use third-party payment gateways (like Instamojo or others) to process transactions securely. We do not store your credit card or banking details on our servers.
Delivery: Since our products are digital goods, delivery is immediate via download link upon successful payment. You are responsible for ensuring your internet connection and device are capable of downloading the files.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy (Digital Goods)

Due to the nature of digital products (TDLs, Software, Excel Sheets), which can be downloaded instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final.

We generally DO NOT offer refunds once the product has been downloaded. Please read the product description, features, and compatibility details carefully before making a purchase.

Exceptions may be considered only if:

The product file is proven to be corrupted or defective and cannot be fixed by our support team.
A duplicate payment was made accidentally.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our Products (TDLs and Excel tools) are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we test our TDLs extensively on standard Tally Prime versions:

We do not guarantee that our products will meet your specific requirements or will work indefinitely with future updates of Tally Prime (released by Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.).
VRCrackrs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, corruption of Tally data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use our products.
Recommendation: We strongly recommend taking a full backup of your Tally data before loading any new TCP/TDL file.

6. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., YouTube, Amazon Affiliate links, Follow.it for emails) that are not owned or controlled by VRCrackrs. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

7. User Comments and Conduct

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post comments. VRCrackrs reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive, spam, or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. By continuously linking to our Website or using our products, you agree to be bound to the current version of these terms.
